Do you have sales or account management experience?
Are you looking for an opportunity to develop a career with genuine scope for progression?
You will be joining a large metal distribution company based in the Kingswinford area, where you will be responsible for managing and developing an existing portfolio of key accounts. You will predominantly be handling inbound enquiries over the phone and email, and the only outbound calling you will be required to do will be to existing customers and dormant accounts.
Due to the size of the business there will be genuine opportunities for you to develop and progress further down the line. It is a very modern and forward thinking business, and you will be working out of a brand new state of the art facility, with access to a private gym and sauna amongst other things.
Main responsibilities
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts
- Following up on enquiries
- Processing orders
- Seeking opportunities to develop and grow customer accounts
- General administration
- Building rapport with customers
Ideally you will have previous experience in a B2B sales office, whether that in a sales role, and account manager role, or even an admin or customer service role where you are looking to take the next step up.
Having experience in an engineering /manufacturing/stockholding/distribution industry sector would be advantageous, however having the ability to communicate well and build good relationships with customers is the main requirement.

Details
- Basic Salary upto 30K DOE
- Excellent bonus potential
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
- 25 days holiday
