Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join a dedicated team responsible for the Inquest and Legal functions necessary to support a large and progressive NHS Foundation Trust.
There has been sustained growth in Court and Tribunal processes which involve healthcare services and staff and ensuring the organisation effectively engages, appropriately responds to and supports patients/carers, families and staff throughout such matters is a key priority for the Trust.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual who has current knowledge of legislation relating to Inquests and Court of Protection, who will work closely with the trust solicitors to facilitate and support effective management of these processes. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate both initiative and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information and challenging situations.
