You'll ideally have at least 3 years working in a similar capacity, acting as the highest technical escalation point from the service desk team, completing Azure migrations, resolving complex technical issues including root cause analysis and manage their wired & wireless networks, including switches, routers, firewalls.
From a technical perspective, you'll have knowledge on Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, VMware/Hyper-V and Microsoft Security, with a superb customer service focus.

You'll be contracted to 37.5 hours a week in a hybrid working environment (3 days a week onsite) and can expect a salary of up to £45k initially, based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. There is also a wide range of benefits and perks, with a lovely office to match.
