Job description
We seek an inspirational, motivated and enthusiastic Information Technology Technician to join our successful team. You will be committed to providing guidance, support and care for all staff and pupils ensuring that they feel safe and enjoy their time at Longcroft.
The ideal candidate will have experience of computer repairs, network systems, replacing or repairing equipment (e.g. projectors, etc.), Microsoft Windows, Office 365, installation and configuration of desktop operating systems, etc.
The postholder will provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line I.T. support to teachers, support staff and students, to ensure the smooth running of the curriculum and administration networks.
