Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical Implementation and support of IT projects
- Help support and provide monthly reporting for KPI’s, trends and capacity planning.
- Help support and represent IT for major incidents and problem management.
- Work in partnership with operations and delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of delivery, incident and change management processes.
- Provide technical solutions to ongoing problems and recurring incidents.
- Work with 3rd party IT vendors and suppliers to deliver IT solutions and services.
Preferred Experience and Qualification
- Communications. s on IT background with a focus on delivery and implementation with technical experience – Cloud, Hosting End User Compute, Network & Firewall or Unified Strong hand
- Technical knowledge of technologies MS Azure, MS Windows, O365, VMWare, Nutanix, Cisco, Citrix.
- Experience working within global teams supporting enterprise solutions.
- Experience in Cloud Environments, ideally Azure.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong customer facing skills and experience building relationships at all levels of seniority
- Technical mindset with the ability to understand complexed technical issues.
- Experience of working within global technical teams on an enterprise level providing 24/7 365 services.
- Incident, problem management knowledge, ideally working with Service Now
- Project management knowledge in an agile environment.
