Retail-FCL
We specialise in retail banking and particularly optimisation of ATM networks and their associated systems.
Our mission is to apply our extensive knowledge combined with latest technology such as Robotic Process Automation, AI and Machine Learning to deliver benefit to our customers.
We manage transactions at automated devices, be that cash dispensers, deposit solutions or recycling ATMs, we see these devices morphing into kiosks as other transactions replace cash. Without any affiliations to other organisations we are able to bring a clear, independent and original thinking analysis to projects.
We have been established since 2012 and are PCI compliant and also a Carbon Neutral business. We are also proud to have been awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International trade in 2022.
The opportunity now exists to join a young and dynamic company as IT Administrator to grow our global business in an industry changing at rapid speed with huge opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record in leading technical projects and driving new technical solutions. At the same time be customer oriented with a technical capability while being prepared to grow with the business.

The role is for a IT Administrator to manage the current and new infrastructure as we as our new product roadmap - driving the business forward.

Accountabilities

- Internal IT – O365, MS-Teams, Active Directory, SharePoint,
OneDrive, DropBox, LAN, WAN, PCs, Laptops, Printers, Peripherals, Applications (Fresh Desk etc.)
- Suppliers – Technical liaison with KCS, WellData, Switch, & Others
- Telephony – Call Centre, Service Centre, Soft/Hard phones, mobile,
Conferencing, IVR, Voice Recording, Reporting
- RPA – Setup, Support, Development
- ATMs – Hardware Development, Software Development, Release updates, KAL KTC, USA KAL, EU KAL
- Data – Database housekeeping, optimisation, security, automation,
Azure, SQL
- Projects – Technical design, build test and handover to Operations
Tasks
- Consult and collaborate with managers and other departments as required.
- Provide technical input/direction for projects and improvement initiatives.
- Produce technical designs, build specifications, quality assurance plans and operational guides.
- Train end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
- Provide operational handovers.
- Resolve escalated problems linked to historical incidents that are causing poor customer experience and excessive ongoing resource effort. Identify root cause with remediation through design change.
- Manage implementation of technical tasks for projects and/or improvement initiatives.
- Implement monitoring tools for hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
- Update computer software, hardware and associated systems.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Document processes and perform diagnostic tests.
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT and technology.
Qualifications and Experience
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Previous working experience in IT, minimum 2 years.
- Excellent customer focus.
- Recognised qualification in Technology, Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) or demonstrable experience
- Proficient with Windows OS.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiar with a range of software and hardware.
