RAI UK is a new programme, that aims to establish a nationally collaborative Responsible AI Centre the UK, working closely with the industry, learned societies and internationally leading research centres and institutions across the world.

As RAI UK’s Information Systems Manager you will be based within the School of Electronics and Computer Science, but working within an operations team based across three institutions.

To be successful you will have proven experience of planning and progressing information system activities within professional guidelines and/or organisational policy and of significant stakeholder engagement.

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing, implementing, managing and monitoring the RAI UK information system, which includes the Enterprise Resource Planning platform, website, social media channels/APIs, SharePoint, Slack and Teams
  • Supporting the continued development of relevant information tools and their embedding into RAI UK's systems and cultures
  • Creating relevant data sets to support RAI UK objectives
  • Using specialist knowledge of the system to champion and provide training for the RAI UK community
  • Developing effective working relationships with the RAI UK community using the system and other relevant external organisations.

This role is offered on a full-time, fixed term basis until 31 March 2028, due to funding restrictions.
