Serving students, staff, faculty and our wider community across all three campuses, the VPFA (Vice President Finance and Administration) leads and develops foundational support services to help achieve SFU’s academic, research and community engagement missions. We deliver SFU’s day-to-day operational and administrative needs through the work of Ancillary Services; Facilities Services; Finance; IT Services; Information Security Services; and Safety & Risk Services. About the Role
The Information Security Advisor implements and follows enterprise information security and compliance architecture guidelines to: ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information systems; defend and protect critical infrastructure and information systems from security breaches and; ensure information systems comply with legislation, regulation and relevant university policies.
