Job description
To support the Information Quality Assurance Team in the delivery of a high quality service by:
- Facilitating awareness and understanding of Data Quality principles across the Trust
- Providing advice and guidance with regards to Information Quality Assurance queries
- Supporting the Records Management, Clinical Coding and Information Requests functions
- Working collaboratively across the Trust to support the annual submission process of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit
- To maintain a strong working knowledge of Information Quality Assurance principals and good practice.
- To liaise with the business intelligence team regarding the content and timing of the production of regular data quality performance reports.
- To support the process of new/revised Organisation Data Service (ODS) codes allocation for the Trust. This must be with close liaison with the Business Intelligence Team to ensure that the impact on information analysis outputs is agreed upfront and necessary changes are made.
- To analyse, investigate and resolve complex data issues.
- To carry out data quality corrections as required
