About the opportunity

As one of our Information Managers you will be responsible for the implementation of the UK BIM Framework including ISO19650 Series within your allocated project.
Reporting to the Lead Information Manager, you will be responsible for all matters relating to Information Management delivery, managing the People, Process, Solutions & Procurement functions to drive action in digital delivery. You will focus on managing Project Information, use of the Common Data Environment, verification of the Project Information Model content, information governance and “BIM” standard adherence.
As a key member of the Project Delivery team, you will undertake a key role in helping our Clients achieve their outcomes
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, supporting others across the team in delivery.
- Developing and maintaining relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
- Apply the latest Information Management techniques and practices within the UK Construction and Infrastructure Industry i
- Establish, manage, and control the Common Data Environment and interconnecting Electronic Data Management Systems.
- Utilise authoring tools and collaboration software to manage client’s, supplier’s, and project’s graphical and non-graphical data.
- Create, set up, coordinate, and deliver Information Management Protocols and Execution Plans.
- Assesses capability and training needs, proactively implementing training and support.
- Recognise emerging technologies, opportunities and solutions that support our Clients and Project Delivery

Here’s What You’ll Need:- Proven experience in a technical and/or engineering space with a thorough understanding of project information management principles and application.
- Experience working in the Construction, or Engineering industry.
- A degree, HND/ HNC or professional certification in a related subject.
- Good organisation skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience of ensuring the fundamental compliance in Information Management according to the UK BIM Framework.
- Experience of implementing various interconnecting Electronic Data Management Systems.
- Knowledge of transportation design processes within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
