Job description
The Information and Document Controller is responsible for ensuring all Project documentation is issued and received, checked, and accurately recorded in the Archer Document Management System (ProArc). Information received and created by the project is to be managed, recorded, and controlled via registers and databases, i.e., risk register, management of change registers, communication logs and stakeholder interfaces, etc. Creation of weekly and monthly project information and documentation reports will be required as well as carrying out quality and compliance checks on project information and documentation. Candidates should have a proactive attitude, be a team player and attention to detail. HNC as a minimum or relevant industry qualification with 5 years or more experience in an equivalent role, ideally the Oil and Gas Sector.
