We manufacture everything in house and abroad and so apart from fit, quality and design it’s imperative that we source and manufacture in an ethical and environmentally friendly way. This is ideal for students looking for a placement year during their university studies, or for a graduate who is happy to work on a year long fixed term contract with us.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Outreach + PR team with placing orders for Influencers, VIP’s & stylists.
- Tracking each order which has been placed and updating the team with the POD status.
- Flagging any orders which have not been delivered or dispatched.
- Gifting Outreach across Tik Tok + IG, collating a list of talent across key territories and sending for approval / sign off to reach out and gift ‘Club L’ for more brand exposure.
- Keeping log of all the gifted outreach and follow up with the Influencer to ensure has posted.
- Working with the Outreach Team to identify relevant Influencers work with who align with Brand (IG + Tik Tok + YouTube)
- Updating both the Budget + Payment log + Schedule once influencers have posted.
- Saving down all relevant imagery + video content from Influencers.
- Staying up to date with Industry trends, culture and competitor activity on all social media channels.
- Support on Weekly Social Report.
