Role overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative social media marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to help us grow our UK market and gain their first experiences in the influencer and advertising industry.

You have a passion for social media, influencer & digital marketing with a creative focus. You are proactive and able to multitask and prioritize in the right way being self-sufficient with support from a small team. In return Metapic will ensure you learn as much as possible on the job and fulfil your desire to set strong foundations in an exciting, evolving industry.

Main Responsibilities:
Recruit, build and nurture relationships with our influencers, managing and growing the connections.

• - Work with and develop the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business
• Help manage and maintain the metapic social media presence and Instagram / Tiktok accounts by developing a posting-schedule, owning the creative process and developing key templates
• Taking direction from the influencer partnership manager and business requirements on a daily, weekly, quarterly basis
• Deal with inbound queries from influencers and industry partners
• Support Organising of events to promote the solution, working closely with the partnership development team to promote the solution to publishers
• Responsible for reporting and demonstrating insights from campaigns
• Campaign optimisation and supporting / driving partner success with your influencer manager

Your profile :

• Currently studying and looking to gain experience in the influencer and social media industry
• Proficiency in regular software applications
• Expert with social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat & Facebook
• Experience in Fashion/Interior design/Beauty marketing (desired)
• Understanding of digital marketing and how advertisers and publishers are using digital marketing
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
• Entrepreneurial approach with excellent commercial awareness
• Ability to work effectively on own initiative and proactivity
• Structured and organized approach to communicating and meeting with perspective partners
• Proven analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into ways to increase results
• Creative and results driven

You could have skills in event planning and management, as well as creativity and strategic thinking in building partnerships and maintaining relationships. You enjoy selling opportunities and being an ambassador for a new product with a sales mindset of increasing revenue for your clients.

Salary: £100.00-£150.00 per month
