Job description

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire an Influencer Marketing Intern to support the launch of our UK influencer programme. You will have the a central role in setting up and scaling the channel, and will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge him/herself in a fast-paced environment in order to increase effectiveness of our marketing efforts. If you like problem-solving and creative solutions, this role is for you!



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Build, nurture and grow long term relationships with agencies, talent, and influencers, in all stages involved in creating and publishing content

  • Be responsible for management and execution of influencer campaigns

  • Research, develop and pitch new leads for influencers

  • Creation and approval of briefings and related support materials (coupons, UTM links, requesting creatives from the responsible team).

  • Track and analyse marketing campaigns, and overall performance, ensuring key insights and learnings are identified for ongoing optimization

  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity

  • Keep up with influencer trends in the industry


REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong copywriting, creative and organisational skills

  • Understanding and appreciation of the content creator space

  • A positive personal attitude and a natural inclination to connect with others

  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage

  • An analytical mind and comfortable with analysing data and presenting insights
