We have an exciting opportunity for a/an Influencer Marketing Assistant in our London office.
What You’ll Do:
- Work cross functionally as a key point of contact for the Influencer Marketing & Brand Marketing team, and report into the Digital Communications Manager.
- Assist the Influencer Co-Ordinator on EU influencer strategy and coordinate all influencer campaigns including:
- Manage samples- coordinate all send outs and returns
- Coordinate any packaging needs
- Coordinate any gifting
- Create trackable links
- Update and maintain an influencer database
- Screenshot all influencer activity
- Review paid social campaigns ahead of going live – tracked links, copy, set up etc
- Own trade social campaigns
- Coordinate samples for shoots
- Researching new potential influencers per key market
- Track and compile competitive on a seasonal basis- interesting media partnerships, influencer activity, trends, site pushes, email, talent
- Process all Influencer, Media and Social invoices
- Support the Influencer & Brand Marketing teams with meeting scheduling, agenda development, note taking, recapping and follow up.
- Manage all brand asset files from Global HQ
- Formatting EMEA Roadshow and ad hoc corporate presentations
- Setting up suppliers on ARAVO
You’ll Need to Have:
- Experience in marketing, ideally within the fashion/ retail sector
- Enjoys working in fast-paced environment and handles pressure well
- Highly organised with exceptional project management skills
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
