Vertex is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated students to join our Human Resources team for a number of 12-month industrial placements based at our International HQ based at Paddington, London. Applicants should be undertaking a relevant degree qualification and ideally have a strong interest in Human Resources and how it relates to business and the Pharmaceutical industry.
Main Duties & Objectives
Human Resources supports Vertex’s business strategy and objectives by providing tools, solutions, and innovative thinking in HR information systems, learning and development, strategic staffing, employee relations, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and business solutions.
During Industrial Placement you will get the opportunity to learn about our industry from a hands-on perspective. You will be working closely with and learning from some of the brightest people in the industry. Students can expect to be challenged by their work, connect with other students, and feel valued by the Vertex community.
