A senior operations consultation manager on the Productivity and Industrial Engineering team is responsible for driving retail productivity improvements through the evolution of partner deployment and store routines. Day-to-day work will balance working as part of cross-functional productivity teams on Siren System initiatives, as well as partnering with Tryer and retail stores to test new productivity solutions.
As a senior operations consultation manager, you will…
- Develops next generation retail partner deployment and store routines
- Develops project plans and improvement activities with specific timelines and follows up to ensure improvements are sustained.
- Develops and conducts simulated, low-fidelity and high-fidelity (Retail Store) testing
- Educates team members on productivity improvement, partner deployment, and store routines.
- Ensures team members understand and work toward accomplishing productivity goals and program objectives.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
We’d love to hear from people with:
- Multi-unit management experience (2 years) or 3-5 years influencing cross-functional improvements, project management or leading the development, analysis, and execution of new programs
- Process improvement experience formal or informal preferred
- Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
- Problem Solving based improvement
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new things
- Ability to obtain new knowledge and skills
- Ability to influence others
