About the role
We are looking for an Indirect Procurement Administrator to join our friendly team at Gainsborough.
This is a varied role where you will gain exposure to numerous parts of the business and in turn grow your skills and develop your career.
Reporting into the Plant Controller you will assisting with creating PO’s for various teams on site whilst also adjusting and monitor any stock on SAP. You will also support the HSE lead and Plant Manager with any additional tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Minding reception and taking calls
- Food ordering for site meetings
- Process food transfer figures on SAP
- Collect food waste tickets
- Process wheat tickets into SAP
- Clocking in reporting
- Weekly newsletter and communication calendar
- Raising purchase orders and GRNS for site into SAP
- Submit monthly overtime spreadsheets
- Petty cash
- Site stock taking involvement
- KPI and Site project WAVE reporting
- Month end info for HSE
- PPE ordering and stock control
- Fire marshall role and training
- Organising training
- Arrange Occupational Health appointments
- Involved in event planning
