Job description
We are looking for an effective and compassionate person to deliver a high quality housing management and support service to older people living in our independent living accommodation. The role is primarily based at our scheme in Uttoxeter although there will be a requirement to occasionally visit our Independent Living schemes in Burton. The use of a vehicle is therefore essential for this role.
Undertaking welfare visits and providing an effective housing management service you will possess a willing and friendly personality and have a genuine understanding of the needs of older people and the support services available to them.
Ideally you will have knowledge of housing management and support planning with excellent written and verbal communication.
