Independent Living Administrator
Hours: 30 - 37 hours a week
Salary: £21,000 FTE (pro rata for part time hours)
Location: Bognor Regis/Hybrid Working (We would consider one of our centres as location for the right candidate - Brighton, Burgess Hill or Horsham)

The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our amazing and welcoming Independent Living team. We are looking for someone who will support the Independent Living Manager and the Coordinators with the overall running of the Take Home and Settle, Help at Home, Dementia and Support at Home after Hospital services. This will include taking referrals, dealing with enquiries, managing Coordinators calendar appointments, taking payments, assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of both volunteers and home helps and updating the relevant systems.
This is a varied role and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to provide administration support to our dedicated Independent Living team. You will be required on occasions to attend meetings, which may also require travel across areas of West Sussex, Brighton and Hove. You will also have regular phone contact with clients looking to access our services. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant(s).
This role provides the opportunity for hybrid working, offering the option of working some days in the office, with the remaining days from home. Independent Living Service is based in Bognor Regis, but we would consider the location being any one of our other centres (Brighton, Burgess Hill or Horsham) for the right candidate. The role is 30 - 37 hours per week, we will consider applications who would like to job share.
A driving licence is required for the role as it may involve some travel.
