So…. What is this role exactly?
The role of Income Team Leader is integral to the operations of the income management team here at YHG. You will be one of a team of four, Income Team Leaders, working from home and living within a reasonable travelling distance of our Collaboration Hub/Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington, (WA3 7QH).
What will my working week look like?
Our operational hours are 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday, and we ensure a Team Leader is available at all times, you can organise the shifts that you work in consultation with your Team Leader colleagues. We meet as a team at Warrington every other week, and you will be expected to attend on an ad-hoc basis in between.
What will I be responsible for doing?
You will be responsible for a team of around eight, providing line management support, supervision and coaching your team. Here at YHG have a significant focus on ensuring we are having meaningful conversations with our customers, to ensure they get the right support at the right time. You will play a key role in this, regularly undertaking call & case audits and assessing the team against our KPIs. Team Leaders are also actively involved in decision making around service delivery and are key to the implementation of new ways of working and developing relationships across functions, and externally.
