  • Assist with both logistics and facilitation of our DE&I trainings, along with any other anti-bias workshops and trainings.

  • Support drafting, reviewing, and updating of presentations and trainings for internal and external audiences in PowerPoint and run presentation systems for meetings as needed.

  • Coordinate the scheduling of internal and external DE&I related meetings, events, or programming.

  • Support and collaborate with Disney Theatrical’s DE&I Working group.

  • Update and maintain our various DE&I Microsoft Teams folders, including the events calendar, resources, training materials.

  • Collaborate with Finance partners to track expenses charged to the DE&I budget.

  • Partner with HR and the legal team in vetting, onboarding, and contracting various DE&I consultants and third-party organisations.

  • Be a point of contact for the TWDC DE&I team and the Disney Diversity Business Employee Resource Group (BERG) as well as maintain strong links and synergy with the Inclusion Strategies team in New York.

The Experience We Require From You:

  • Experience of working with a performing arts or live events environment.

  • An understanding of working in a corporate environment and structure.

  • Significant and demonstrable experience in a DE&I support or advisory role.

  • Experience in researching and developing DE&I guidance and materials

  • Experience in developing and delivering DE&I training.

  • A balanced understanding of workplace inclusion across all protected characteristics.

  • A deep commitment to and interest in DE&I.

The Perks:
