Inclusion Advisor (Student Mental Health and Wellbeing)
£29,000 - £33,000pa plus Excellent Benefits
Remote-based work within the UK with very occasional travel to our Coventry Head Office or one of our UK Study Centres (Birmingham, Leeds, London or Manchester)
The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an Inclusion Advisor (Student Mental Health and Wellbeing) to join our team.
You will work with the wider Inclusion team which operates across the broad spectrum of accessibility, and manages dedicated casework. This role contributes to the provision of service-related advice, guidance, and training with both students and colleagues. Working closely with the Senior Mental Health Adviser you will continually review and improve Arden’s Mental Health, Wellbeing and Safeguarding policies and processes, ensuring the needs of the student body are met from a legal, regulatory and experience perspective. You will also work will students in 1:1 and groups sessions, as well as making referrals to our outsourced support providers where appropriate.
Your aim will be to go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service, recognising the importance of providing a professional, friendly and approachable interaction.
About You:
You will have considerable experience in a mental health and wellbeing capacity, in a similar role, together with a passion for helping students to overcome challenges or barriers. You will have a willingness to learn new skills and contribute to the successful development of the service. You must hold a recognised qualification in Mental Health, as well as having membership to a relevant professional body.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to prioritise and organise a varied workload. Candidates who have worked in a student counselling or mental health capacity are encouraged to apply.
