Job description

We are seeking a passionate Inbound Sales Representative to join our team and be at the forefront of our customer interactions.

You will be replying to customers wanting to book our hot tub and unique stays.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of our products/services and their value propositions.
  • Engage with potential customers through various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok and emails.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively position the perfect stay for the customer.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects, providing ongoing support and information to guide them through the buying process and overcome any objections.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to share market insights, customer feedback, and suggestions for product enhancements.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, consistently delivering outstanding results that contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in an inbound sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
  • Ability to actively listen, identify customer pain points, and articulate the benefits of our products/services effectively.
  • Strong customer-centric focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets and achieve sales success.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £21,673.60-£30,000.00 per year
