Job description
We are looking for an exceptional Inbound Customer Advisor for a luxury brand. You will provide technical support to the customer outside of their warranty and upselling and recommend products to suit their needs. We are looking for individuals who can work towards a target but in return, we are able to develop and provide intensive training for the role. This role will allow you to develop further within the company.
You will be working in the contact centre where you will be providing customers a friendly but efficient service. This individual needs to be able to resolve customer queries in a timely manner and the aim is to keep client retention in the business.
Duties and responsibilities:
Provide customer with technical support over the phone
Excellent knowledge on products and services within the business
Generate leads by building a rapport with customers by upselling, crossing selling to other products and services.

This is a permanent full time role based in Westerham, Kent from Monday to Friday, but may need you to work some Saturdays and shift between 8:00-18:00. This role requires you to own a car to commute to work.
