We are looking for an experienced Inbound Telephone Customer Service Advisor or Inbound Helpline Advisor to join our team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.


About the role

You’ll be responsible for providing telephone support and guidance to Royal Mail employees and ex-employees through dedicated inbound helplines.


You’ll work in our HR Services team and be responsible for responding to inbound telephone enquiries, emails, webforms and internal employee application queries.


Full training on Royal Mail systems will be provided.


About You

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the below experience in your CV and at interview: -

  • You’ll answer inbound telephone call from Royal Mail employees promptly and professionally, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communications skills, specifically verbal and written
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all Royal Mail colleagues
  • Take personal ownership of queries and follow through to completion, including ensuring that the internal customer is satisfied with the outcome.
  • IT proficient in MS Office and/or other applications to record accurate information.
