Inbound Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Inbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and partners in a professional and prompt manner. The CSR should be a person who can build trusting relationships through open and interactive communication. The CSR should have the ability to identify customer needs, resolve problems, and recommend solutions while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Essential Functions:
·Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional manner.
·Answer inbound calls from our customers.
·Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, delivery delays, and other issues.
·Communicate with internal teams regarding order status, issues, and other matters.
·Follow communication procedures to ensure that all customers are treated in an appropriate manner.
·Identify customer needs, research issues, and develop solutions to improve the customer experience.
·Build trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
·Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, callouts, orders, etc.
·Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Salary + Bonus
Salary:£22,700 + Bonus
Bonus:
- Attendance Bonus – £100 and month paid out quarterly (if hit all three months this is boosted by £75, meaning the potential is £375 a quarter, £1500 annually).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
