Inbound Client relationship controller
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Hybrid - Trafford Park
Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 + Bonus £500 per month

What will you be doing?
- You will take inbound calls from customers and our sales teams processing orders and quotations
- You will be a part of a team who strive for the best customer satisfaction whilst also having fun along the way
As part of our Inbound Sales and Customer Service team, you will deliver exceptional customer service every single time! You will focus on ensuring our customers receive information on quotations, help to support processing of orders, and take inbound customer queries by phone or email!
