Responsibilities of the Technical Support Advisor
- Taking Inbound calls (approximately 20-40 a day).
- Using the systems and diagnostic tools provided, you will walk the customer through said query with the view of fixing that issue the first time.
- Use effective questioning to ensure all possible problem-solving steps have been taken to fix the customer’s issue.
- You will navigate through multiple systems whilst talking to the customer, so multitasking and computer literacy is key for this role.
- It’s not always easy. Sometimes customers can be frustrated that they’ve lost connection or have ongoing issues. It’ll be your job to calm the customer and fix the problem.
- Making great experiences happen for customers is your top priority, which means you’ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer gets the top-notch service they deserve, every time.
To be a successful Technical Support Advisor:
It’s not about having lots of experience in technical support, customer service, or a contact centre: We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, if you’re great at building rapport and trust, showing empathy and resilience, and can approach a problem with logical thinking, then you are the right person for this role
- Fully Flexible to work shifts between 7:45am - 9pm. Between Monday to Friday and between 7:45am - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday. Shifts be fixed once training and graduation period completed.
- Thrive on being part of a team, whilst also working on your own initiative as required
- Classroom based training
