Your role in our mission

We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate (working from home) with a passion for amazing customer service and an exceptional telephone manner to join our Customer Operations Team.

What you'll do

  • Answering inbound and making outbound calls from new and existing customers.
  • Giving every customer the best possible experience when they call in
  • Dealing with vulnerable customers and answering all enquiries with care
  • Entering accurate records of customer conversations into the customer platform.
  • Following processes and guidelines that fall in line with company and FCA regulations.
  • Escalating customer issues with management when the need arises.
  • Achieving personal and team targets in a contact centre environment.
  • Staying up to date regarding a company's products, services and policies.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in a company's customer relationship management

The Details

We offer a hybrid working shift pattern (required in the West London office once a month), 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.
