The Role
We are looking for someone to own and elevate our business recruitment. You will care deeply about attracting and hiring the best talent. We are looking for an individual who can bring knowledge, expertise and energy to our recruitment process.
The In-house recruiter will lead the full cycle recruitment process for the Allegra Group and hospitality restaurants as assigned. You will be responsible for managing practices, guidelines and methods of performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic approach to achieve company goals in attracting and engaging top industry talent
- Work with the HR team and Line managers to produce attractive job descriptions
- Implementing the recruitment strategy by identifying, sourcing, screening, and selecting the best talent for the role
- Assessing a candidate's suitability for a role and verifying the relevant reference checks
- Conduct interviews and give feedback in a confident manner
- Support line managers in all aspects of the interview process, through to final selection; advising on appropriate offers
- Deliver an ambitious hiring plan for current and future growth
- Prioritise multiple tasks through your organisation, time management and strong decision-making skills to meet deadlines and targets
Person Specification
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role
- A clear passion for recruitment and the desire to attract and engage talent
- Previous hospitality industry experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of industrial and labour relations, labour laws, and hiring practices
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong interviewing skills
- A positive, friendly, and initiative-taking attitude
- Ability to multitask in a demanding environment using excellent time management and organisational skills.
