An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Corporate M&A Paralegal to move in house and work within an exciting and fast paced business in a sector that's booming.
Supporting the Group General Counsel and working as part of the broader legal function the role will involve:
- Company secretarial services including registrations and filings at Companies House
- Managing data rooms
- Completion of due diligence, disclosure and verification exercises
- File and document management on transactions
- Preparation of transaction document bundles
- Preparing bibles
- General corporate support
- Legal research
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to assess and manage changing priorities, as well as work to key dates and deadlines and will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong office administrative and IT skills for tasks such as filing, typing and writing draft documents
It is likely that you will be an experienced Paralegal with at least 12 months’ prior Corporate experience gained in-house or with a leading commercial law firm. You will also have completed your LLB and LPC or equivalent.
The role can be based from home with regular team interaction and there is huge scope to progress your career within the business.
