Daily Responsibilities: Assisting the General Counsel and fellow Osprey colleagues with legal requests and queries. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to update and progress transactions. Preparing, updating, amending and negotiating legal documentation. Organising and facilitating exchanges and post completion submissions and returns. Key Skills & Requirements: 3+ years' experience in real estate transactions essential, ideally in the commercial property or renewable energy space. Experience in reviewing and commenting on commercial s desirable, but not essential. Ability to work independently where needed in a fast-moving growing company.
