Primary Function:

Drive international and domestic start-ups for flawless implementations. Manage all resources and processes to complete mutually agreed upon scope and critical milestones within project time frames. Work in close partnership with client and all internal departments across global boundaries to effectively manage risk and deliver seamless implementations. Heavy client interface required for communicating resource requirements and managing expectations.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Assume full ownership of international and domestic implementations
  • Assist client in identifying and prioritizing client’s tactical and strategic requirements; align requirements in the context of implementation objectives
  • Develop project plan for implementation; identify project interdependencies
  • Engage appropriate Cartus and Client resources to build project team
  • Manage all project resources to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategy
  • Proactively manage and troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate timely completion of deliverables from all internal functions such as compensation, relocation accounting, billing, client services, supply chain, L&D, etc.
  • Maintain proactive communication with client to ensure startup success
  • Identify gaps between contracted services and client requirements to ensure in-scope implementation and additional revenue opportunities
  • Analyze client policy for system configuration and make best practice recommendations to client
  • Develop strategy for clients’ in-progress files including recommendations to client on transition population and applicable Cartus services
  • Drive communication strategy with all project resources to effectively manage project
  • Navigate Cartus and Client organizations effectively
  • Solicit ongoing feedback from all stakeholders to ensure success
  • Incorporate best practices throughout the implementation as applicable
  • Share key lessons from projects within the implementation team to enable knowledge, build process enhancements, and facilitate continuous improvement in project management
  • Manage ad hoc internal, non-implementation, and other projects as deemed appropriate by management
Qualifications: Selection Criteria
  • Expertise in global and mobility management
  • Minimum two years’ experience in project management or client-focused international/domestic environment with proven track record of excellent customer service and proven client satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Previous account management, operations management, or financial management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical and process skills required
  • Experience in project management, leading change management, process mapping and service delivery design preferred
  • Successfully work with diverse cultural groups
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects some of which may have overlapping deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated to work autonomously as well as network and support others
  • Must be a good listener to assess impact of information being shared – must have the ability to ‘connect the dots’
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office required

  • Must be able to accommodate working across global time zones
  • May be required to travel
