Job Title: Implementation Project Manager
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Salary: Up to £40k, depending on experience

As part of our strategic development and continued improvement of our platform business we are now looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join our Innovation team.
What will you be doing as an Implementation Project Manager?
The Implementation Project Manager is a key role within the organisation, enabling new and existing clients to realise the benefits from services Brookson provide. You will be discovering and scoping client requirements to ensure services meet expectations whilst also enabling technology to meet client requirements. Managing both external clients and Brookson through the change processes, safeguarding projects against quality, time, and cost expectations. You will be pro-active with both process and technology improvements and will be solutions orientated, writing the rule book for new features and initiatives.
The role is client facing but with a technical twist. One day you may be assisting sales with a product demonstration, the next working with a software team to enhance our technology offering. You will engage with a range of stakeholders, up to and including the C suite. Typical stakeholders include end clients within both the public and private sector, recruitment agencies and temporary workers.
What are we looking for?
Essential experience:
- Background in Business Analysis, Project Management, Implementation and/or Product Owners.
- Must be willing to travel as required across the UK and stay overnight at client locations.
Desirable experience:
- Experience within Payroll implementations, Contractor Accountancy, Recruitment or Vendor Management Technology.
