Analyst, Implementation Services
Intapp is a software house providing industry leading SaaS solutions to the professional and financial services sectors. We have over 250 staff in the UK and, due to continuing success of our multi-award winning Dealcloud product, we have several opportunities available for Implementation Analysts. These roles will suit graduates with one to two years experience working in a technical, client facing role, ideally with experience of or interest in the financial services sector . The company operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of three days a week working from our smart offices in the City of London.
The Implementation Analyst works with an energetic professional services team and will be responsible for designing and configuring the DealCloud platform for our clients in response to their specific business requirements. This position is a mix of client-facing consultative work and behind-the-scenes platform design, configuration, data analysis, and data manipulation. The Implementation Analyst should demonstrate passion in and a desire to become skilled in four broad areas:
· Technology: As a market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company, the Implementation Analyst will be working with cutting edge technology solutions.
· Client-facing skills: Day-to-day responsibilities involve communicating with clients, both on the phone or via email.
· Private Capital Markets: To speak confidently and authoritatively to our clients, the Implementation Analyst must either have knowledge in, or be willing to learn about private equity and investment banking front office business operations.
· Data: Analyzing and understanding client data is an important factor that influences a client's system design; as such, the Implementation Analyst must be eager to understand data relationships and the interplay between data and business requirements.
Essential Functions:
· Manage and lead multiple client implementations concurrently with accountability for client communications, weekly status reports and escalation mitigation updates
· Participate in requirement gathering sessions onsite at client offices or virtually via web conferencing (potential travel up to 30%)
· Configuration of the platform based on client requirements gathered during client sessions
· Analyze client legacy data sets to understand the impact of the data on system design
· Utilize Microsoft Excel to map, collate, and normalize and import disparate data sets
· Properly utilize escalation process and provide consistent communication on escalations internally
· Responsible for internal project management task completion, including but not limited to:
o Keeping internal systems updated
o Accurate and timely entry of utilization hours
o Project Timelines
o Ensure all in-scope requirements are met during implementation
o Budget
· Providing consultative system design and industry best practice recommendations to our clients throughout an implementation
· Serve in supporting capacity on more complex projects led by more tenured implementation consultants
Required Experience & Skills
· 1-3 years of experience in software implementation delivery or professional services
· Be willing to be trained in private equity and investment banking front office business operations
· Organization, effective time management, and ability to multi-task
· Passion for delivering high quality outcomes
· Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
· Comfort with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with basic Excel functions
· Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations
· Ability to work under tight deadlines
· Experience working as part of a team
· Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership over your work
· Willingness and love of learning new technology, new processes and procedures, and new business models to create value for our clients
Preferred Experience & Skills
· Broad understanding of private capital and/or investment banking markets
· Ability to provide entry level consultative skills
· General CRM knowledge

Salary: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
