Our client an award-winning business in its field is looking for an ICT Support Technician to join their team in Dorset (onsite) & Lymington
As the Support Technician, you will be challenged in this varied role so someone who can hit the ground running with a can-do approach is very important.
Our client encourages and supports it team to learn and develop through recognised certifications and online resources. Any qualification that would help the business will stand you in good stead
To be considered for this post, you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Technically minded individual experienced in 2nd line support
- Problem solving, hardware and software installation and project work.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Platform such as Office 365, Teams, Power Platform, Intune &Dynamics 365
- Experience with iOS and android.
- Proven experience in facilitating windows 10-11upgrades along with managing PC, Laptop & Tablet rollouts
- A good knowledge of IT and operating systems
- Able to prioritise tasks and deliver to deadlines
- IP network & switching technologies: LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN
- Physical & virtual server administration including MS Win Serv 2012 – 2019
- Phone systems and Contact Centre Solutions
- A drive and determination to develop in the role.
All applicants will have a full clean driving license as you will be required to travel & work at all client sites which are within easy reach of each other
You will be expected to be on-call - (1 in 5wks) after 6mth probation period
In return you will receive a competitive salary paying up to £30606 depending on experience for the right candidate
