ICT Services Technician
Monday to Thursday 8:15am – 4:15pm, Friday 8:15am – 3:45pm.
Salary will be paid at NJC SCP Grade 6 - NJC point 7 to 12, (starting point 7)
Actual Salary £22,369 - £24,496 per annum. (Support Staff pay award pending)
The appointment is for 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic IT Service Technician to join our successful IT Services Team to deliver an effective and efficient service.
The successful candidate will have experience of Windows Desktop Operating Systems, be a competent problem solver, be able to communicate effectively at all levels and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.
As an essential member of our team, you will handle a variety of tasks providing technical assistance to maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, and software in order to support the delivery of the curriculum and facilitate dependable services from all IT based school systems. This role will be based across all schools within the MAT both Primary and Secondary and may also provide support to our growing traded school network supporting over 10,000 users across Peterborough. This role will provide a core technical skillset and allow us to push forward in providing a high quality and effective service to all schools.
You don’t have to have worked in an education environment before but a passion for helping improve the education of our students through providing high quality service is desirable.
