ICT Data Analyst

Job Purpose
The ICT Data Team is responsible for setting up E2E data for the Trading Partner Finance Intercompany Tracking (ICT) system to allow for the accurate tracking of intercompany profit, which would then lead to generating statutory information for the consolidated group accounts and reports for ICT Reporting Team. The team provide a global service working across Commercial & Manufacturing entity teams, Corporate Finance and Trading Partner Finance.
The ICT system, used to track inter-company profit through the supply chain, has a significant impact on the integrity of GSK Reported results at Group and Company level, with a value of inter-company profit in the region of £20bn.
The ICT Data Analyst is responsible primal focus is BAU Operational processes across Pricing and Costing and ensuring E2E data setups. It will further support on Annual Processes and Network Change Projects where required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage several ICT Costing and Pricing processes within the team to ensure that material data set ups are correct.
Activities will include data remediation, co-ordinating the workflow, management of escalations and queries to resolution.
Ability to support team members on processes depending on workload and support the annual processes such as Standard Setting (SS) and Annual Transfer Price (ATP) setting activities where required.
Building a strong partnership with our offshore Finance team based in India and the entire Trading Partner Finance team.
Partnering with various teams to ensure the integrity of that ICT Data Quality.
Support the ICT team with various continuous improvement initiatives and process development and maintenance.
Manage a complex stakeholder landscape to ensure alignment to common end goal.
Delivering full compliance with the controls framework for ICT Data and with GSK Finance policy and Sarbox controls – includes building and supporting sustainable controls within the area to mitigate any risks/gaps in the process and running the controls in a timely manner. This includes supporting auditors in all control related queries.
Responsible for documentation maintenance for processes within the ICT team.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills capable of building relationships across different stakeholder groups
Computer literate with a working knowledge of key global supply chain IT systems (SAP and ICT)
Experience of managing and maintaining integrity of large volumes of data and resolving customer issues
Ability to work in culturally diverse teams and ability to influence others and broker mutually acceptable solutions
Preferred qualifications
Knowledge and experience of GSK Supply Chain and inter-company profit (ICT) systems and processes
Excellent complex analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated risk management and project management skills
