Job description

Outline of Role: Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the business. Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. Manage the helpdesk tickets working to company SLA’s. Mentor and develop IT Apprentice.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,028.00-£23,000.00 per year
