Full Time, Permanent, and Weekly paid on Fridays.

Shift/Pay:

Evening Shift 3pm-11pm, 4 on 2 off: £13.64 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)

In our Tilmanstone Salads site we produce first class Salad’s products including leafy salad bags, leafy salad bowls, takeaway salad meals, prepared vegetables & side dishes for one of our most prestigious customers in our state-of-the-art factory.

The Role:

In this busy and interesting role, you will work closely with our production teams and the hygiene nightshift to ensure that the most stringent levels of production and food hygiene are kept on site by working alongside your team and being hands-on in the deep clean of the production and storage areas within the factory. By deep clean this will mean, dismantling production equipment in line with the hygiene rota, hand sanitising and using cleaning chemicals and other equipment including pressure cleaners and water jets before reassembling the equipment.

You will be self-motivated, have attention to detail and problem-solving skills. A can-do attitude is a must. You will be accountable for stock take and control, monitoring staff performance and organising staff, ensuring all tasks are covered by appropriately trained staff. On occasions you may be required to assist the team leader/manager.

You must cooperate with the business in their objective to positively impact the environment and follow established environmental procedures when performing tasks and using equipment and materials.

Previous experience as a Line Leader is not essential but we ask that you have knowledge of working in a Factory environment and Hygiene role.
