Hybrid HR Systems Analyst – (Workday) London FTC £64,000

Resource Solutions are on the lookout for an experienced HR Systems Analyst with a proven track record in Data Cleansing, Data Transformation, Data Migration, Data Analysis & Systems troubleshooting. The successful candidate will be part of a small team, implementing system improvements to optimise the end user experience. Data cleansing will support the business is producing accurate data to inform & support business decision for now and the future. If you have huge amounts of experience using large Data sets and enjoy working on projects, then we want to hear from you. The salary on offer for the role is £64,000 with a really flexible working pattern & the chance to be part of a huge regulatory business.

Skills & Experiences required:

  • Proven experience as Data/Systems Analyst
  • Experience of working with Mass Loads/Errors on mass in HR systems
  • Understanding of data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and migration techniques
  • Reporting and analytics knowledge
  • Ability to analyse legacy data sets and their usage
  • Ability to review reports and document reporting and information specifications
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability including Vlookups and Pivot Tables A team player, willingness to support a small team with a wide eclectic array of system and data queries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with business users
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and project

Desirable Experience:

  • Working Knowledge of Workday HCM
  • Experience Using Service Now
  • Working knowledge of the Workday EIB processes
  • Ability to collate both structured and unstructured data from multiple systems as part of migration
  • Experience of front-end utilisation of Workday, providing troubleshooting and resolving high volumes of queries across the organisation
