Overview – role:
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the below:
Assist with internal and external recruitment
Assist with graduate and placement recruitment
Assist with events organising
Maintain the recruitment database
Assist with ad hoc Talent acquisition projects i.e., assessment centres etc.
What you’ll need to be successful
2:1 Degree in Human Resources or related subject
Ideally some previous work experience in HR or admin function, either on placement, work experience and through volunteering
Attention to detail
Working with honesty and integrity
A good communicator
Determination to succeed
An inquisitive mindset
Be able to work autonomously
