- Implement and manage applications such as performance management, career development, and employee engagement in the plant by being a solution partner.
- Supporting the factory management team in the Performance Management process, Taking part in new
- Taking part in new application and development projects,
- Taking an end: to end role in making plans, projects and implementations to be adapted to the factory,
- Organizing the training, implementing and following the training, and keeping the training records regularly.
- Payroll transactions, preparation, and execution of all legal procedures and reports at certain time intervals.
- Ensuring that all applications comply with legal requirements and company policies,
- Ensuring that the compliance of subcontractor practices with legal requirements is checked and followed,
- Providing support to the management team for the implementation of action plans by analyzing organizational needs.
