The Position

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your role will be to mainly assist with recruitment (60%) and administration (40%). Your effectiveness, diplomacy and having team members' progress and satisfaction at heart will define your success in the role. Previous experience in hospitality recruitment is essential and CIPD qualified is desirable.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
  • Posting adverts on various platforms including social media.
  • Updating current platforms to assist in talent attraction.
  • Proactively sourcing and screening candidates, liaising with hiring managers and relevant departments, coordinating and conducting interviews & trial shifts.
  • Maintaining correspondence with candidates via phone and email.
  • Organising and attending job fairs and networking with candidates both at in person and virtual events.
  • Supporting operations in all aspects of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Assisting the Human Resources team with daily and ad-hoc duties when required (e.g. general administration tasks, supporting general activities social, engagement & performance).
  • Participating and supporting the implementation of HR projects.
