We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team based at YOTEL London HQ.
YOTEL is an affordable luxury hotel brand currently operating 22 hotels globally. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to further their Human Resources career with YOTEL as we rapidly expand over the coming years.
The Human Resources Officer will support the Area Vice President Human Resources – Eurasia with all things Human Resources. This role will give an individual the opportunity to gain HR exposure in a Head Office setting, as well as further enhance their understanding of how HR is a true business partner.
More specifically, responsibilities will include the following (not an exhaustive list):
- Support with the recruitment process for London HQ and the region. This will include (not limited to); vacancy advertising, interview and selection support, offer and onboarding administration.
- Ensures that all administrative tasks required are completed. This will include Payroll and HR System administration.
- Support the continued development of the London HQ onboarding, which will include being a point of contact for new starters and being an Ambassador of our Brand.
- Support the AVP Human Resources – Eurasia with Employee Relations and Performance Management cases.
- Be the owner of YOLEARN, our online crew development platform. Ensure it is relevant and contains the right content to set up our crew for success.
Your skills?
- Human resources experience within a hospitality or travel related industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Employment Relations and Human Resources responsibilities.
- Harri / Mapal systems knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Practiced at using all Microsoft software packages.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
