As the HR Officer, you’ll play a vital role in the growth and success of Tribeca Technology, an IT Managed Service Provider.
You will be joining a small HR team made up of 2 internal recruiters. You will have full autonomy within the HR function and work closely with all key stakeholders and senior members of the team, including liaising with our Hong Kong and New York personal. You will be based at our HQ in Sittingbourne – This is a hybrid position.
This function will cover the full spectrum of HR responsibilities including Employee Relation, New Starter processes, Reporting and Payroll. You will also directly oversee an Internal IT Trainer; conducting weekly one-to-ones and supporting them with their work with the IT apprentices.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conducting disciplinary and grievance processes
- Overseeing complex employee relation issues
- Ensure legal obligations are met by the organisation in regard to Employment law
- Ensure policies are documented, followed and remain up to date
- Producing regular reports for management meetings relating to staff turnover and budget
- Support and note-taking during annual reviews and probation meetings
- Full payroll support using Sage
- New starter onboarding including Experian background checks
- General administrative tasks

To qualify for this role:
- Advantageous to have Cipd Lvl 3 or 5
- 5+ years’ experience essential
- Experience with a ER processes
- Ability to work independently and adapt depending on what is needed
- Strong experience in employment law
- Attention to detail
