About the Role:
We are currently looking for an HR Officer within the Human Resource Department to provide a proactive administrative support service within the Institute, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
About You:
You should be educated to degree level in HR management, recruitment, or a business-related subject (or equivalent relevant experience) or CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management, along with experience of working in a n HR role, managing HR processes. You should have previous experience of applying HR policy and practice to practical situations. You will have a knowledge and understanding of current employment legislation and its implications, including the right to work in the UK, UK GDPR and equality legislation. Experience of working within an academic environment or a not-for-profit organisation is desirable.
