Job Description: We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at GP Pathfinder Clinics. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing our organisation's day-to-day human resources operations and ensuring that our human resources programmes and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation. - Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance. - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. - Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive role. - In-depth knowledge of UK labour law and HR best practices.
- Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a GP Practice or similar environment. - Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and human resource information systems. - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
