Our work environment includes:

- Produce letters for disciplinary hearings and attend hearings as the HR representative to take notes and give advice on next steps
- Provide assistance and help managers on complex employee relation matters, e.g. grievances, suspensions, gross misconduct, redundancies
- Make sure the company handbook and standard contracts are up to date and fit for purpose
- Review and document HR policies implementing new if applicable including retention
- Put in place a performance objective setting and performance appraisal system
- Devise and maintain training programs document to make sure employees are legally compliant
- Represent the company in any employment relate claims
- Developing and running a diversity inclusion training
- Compile absent records for department managers to help identify patterns
- Produce monthly HR report for Senior Management.
- Responsible for all recruitment process and adherence to Home Office requirements for sponsored workers
Skills Needed
- Proven work experience as a HR representative
- CIPD level 5 qualification would be an advantage
- Proactive organisational and administrative skills with quick problem solving
- Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
- Ability to drive company policies and effect change in the company
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,186.00 per year
